What is the Pvolve method?
Pvolve is a science-led fitness method that combines low-impact functional movement with resistance-based equipment to sculpt the body and improve mobility.
How long does shipping take for equipment orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, the UK, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel my digital membership at any time?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your digital streaming subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is the equipment required for the workouts?
While we offer bodyweight-only classes, our signature method is designed to be used with our proprietary equipment, like the P.ball and P.band, for maximum results.
