We want you to be fully satisfied with your Pvolve equipment and apparel; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that digital memberships and certain health products are non-refundable once activated or opened.

Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship Your Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components and tags are included to avoid processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
